Biography
Mehran Basir-Tavana was an athlete and boxer from Fuman who was killed by security forces during the 2022 nationwide protests in Iran. Since his death, his family has faced intense judicial and security pressure, including the arrest of his sister Maryam and the hospitalization of his father due to severe nervous shock following state harassment.
مهران بصیرتوانا ورزشکار و بوکسور اهل فومن بود که در جریان خیزش سراسری سال ۱۴۰۱ توسط نیروهای امنیتی کشته شد. پس از جانباختن او، خانوادهاش تحت فشارهای شدید امنیتی و قضایی قرار گرفتند؛ از جمله پدرش که بر اثر این فشارها دچار شوک عصبی و بستری شد و خواهرش مریم که به دلیل دادخواهی بازداشت و به زندان منتقل گردید.
